Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Jaipur-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our cloud solutions and DevOps services , primarily focusing on AWS, Azure, and DevOps projects . Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients in target markets and complete appropriate research on their business and technology needs. Generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking. Present company services to prospective clients, focusing on cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and DevOps solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and translated into viable solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with company pricing and margin strategies. Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Regularly update the CRM with sales progress and client interactions. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a BDE, Sales, or Presales role in the IT industry. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools/services . Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required). Ability to understand and explain technical services to non-technical stakeholders. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
